We hired her for an investment property (condo) we were selling. She offered no input on the contract. She did not notify us, until closing, that she was acting as agent for the title company and was receiving over $1,600 to so. At closing, she had the wrong parking space listed on the documents (long story) and we had to help her find the correct information on the Cook County Recorder of Deeds website. There were other issues, but suffice to say, we would not recommend her.
