He took money from me, accepted to appear in court for me and never showed up. I had a simple case of speeding - my first ever in 25+ years of driving. It was 35miles on a 25 miles zone. Impact: Higher insurance every single year for me. He charged me $250 for a $75 ticket that I paid because I could not make it on the court date.
