She seemed to very inexperienced and lacked knowledge, confidence and assertiveness. Seemed to try to avoid court and instead dragged things on for a few years over expensive emails with the other lawyer. When her client wanted to change lawyers she acknowledged that she needed to improve and stated that she would do better. A month later she quit.
