Mr. Besetzny was my attorney for approx. 3 years; I finally had to hire someone else to do the work he was hired to do because he failed to perform. Initially comes across as personable and compassionate, even knowledgeable. Failed to do the work for which he was hired, nearly destroying my case. Grossly overcharged me, even **IF** he had done the work, which he did not. Lied to me repeatedly about status of case and progress (like after my appeal was dismissed due to his negligence he lied about it). Filed 6 extensions, even after the court stated FINAL NO FURTHER (totally disrespecting the Court's and my time) and failed to show up on time for court, creating long delays to get case reinstated. Conversations and emails often centered around his personal matters rather than the case material. Working with this man was a struggle to move anything along and an enormous expense for almost nothing in return.
