Michael Sabath has been my attorney for 7 years, as I had to return to court two times post divorce. He not only knows the law extremely well, but he can articulate and argue his case like nobody I have ever seen. I had 3 lawyers before him, and he was by far the best! He also sets realistic expectations for his clients. No, he is not inexpensive, but remember...you get what you pay for!! He was well worth every penny!

Mr. Sabath and his firm, Berger Schatz were retained by me for 2.5 years of my divorce proceedings. After billing me over $130k without taking, or scheduling, a single deposition, Mr. Sabath motioned to withdraw from my case, less then one month prior to my scheduled trial date, in which he had assured me he was all set for. Mr. Sabath did not even offer me or respond to me questioning why he was withdrawing. Be very cautious with Mr. Sabath and his firm, Berger Schatz.
