Is holding the law suit agreed-to payout until I sign yet another payment agreement. Even holding the funds from the third person involved in this payout. Exhibited a lack of expertise in the legal collections process. Billable time was spent reviewing the same uncomplicated issues two and three times!?! Told me several times not to come to court on a specific dates, then told me that not being there hurt me with the judge. Actually thinks I agreed to a settlement amount in which his bill is the only one getting paid. It is logical to him that I went through this suit just to pay him and ignore my unpaid vendor. Paying the vendor was why I filed in the first place. He is not honoring the payout agreement. I have much, much more to say, but .....
