Hiring this lawyer is a huge mistake and will cost you big time. Alan sees $$$ and is cocky, over confident, arrogant and does not value your time or case but does value your money. I reckon he can’t win every case however know this lawyer is embarrassing and will represent you poorly both in court and outside of court. It is ultimately your decision who you choose to hire however I caution you in the decision to hire Alan for any case you may face.

Alan took a case on for one of my key employees. He really impressed me with his knowledge of DUI charges. He won the court case.

I am glad I never read these comments before I hired Alan.. Yes he talks fast and can take a little while to respond, but that is like every lawyer that is good enough to stay busy. Let's face it, if you needed to hire him then you should be concerned enough to try and keep up, because it's all about the end result... Alan kicked ass and took names when he represented me! Money very well spent!!!!

I had hired Mr Pearce for a lawyer. When he talks to you it sds like a machine gun going off and he says this cause that's the way he cross examining but in the court room he talks like a normal human being. Says he has over a 90% rate but yet in court he is very dis organized and when the judge ask him a question he gives a deer in the headlight look and takes 3 mins to give a answer. Has no problem taking your money, but after that has no comunication with you at all until day of trial and that is only a 30 sec conversation. Tells you to be outside the court house at 9:30 and keep the doors and windows locked. Even though court starts at 10 and he arrives at 9:58. He just blows smoke up your ass and isn't prepared for trial at all. Highly recommend not using this lawyer for his $15,000 costs and a monkey could do better in court.

I was never represented by this lawyer because after the first time I spoke to him over the phone I knew I would never want to speak to him again. I contacted him about a legal issue and let me tell you. He returns my call at 6am and starts going off faster than a machine gun so I can barely understand and have to continually ask him to slow down and repeat himself. This POS had the nerve to interrupt me constantly throughout our short 3 minute conversation and tell me that what I needed right now was sleep. You think? Once he found out what I did for a living he declared "oh you must make a lot of money, it will cost you $15K without even proposing to meet or hear met out. I'm not certain how well he does in his cases, because the only ones I found on Alberta Courts he didn't win. But he's good enough to post his name in all the right places (police station phone room) so that people desperate for representation pick him. Beware.
