I was in contact with Micheal j. Helfand today and was shocked at the audacity he displayed during our exchange. His countless misunderstandings and his aggressive techniques of questioning and confusing to asses monetary value while entirely avoiding moral conduct is inhumane and sensless. I have never experienced myself what it is like to be subject to a professional con artist.... now i have! If you decide to have this man represent you and your case you will be at his mercy untill he gets what he wanted originally. Seems like the type to reveal himself as soon as things are not going his way so expect extreme changes without notice if he is displeased with your case and outcome. might be the type to ruin and drop a case as well. be careful what you say in your "confidential" talks... he will share information with other lawyers and clients and then use the confidentiality to protect his misdeeds
