Loved this the person writes "He has very little knowledge of the law and repeatedly files false and misleading motions." This would seem right on track. He and his staff (Kristine R. Welch)need to be investagated. She is worse then he is when it comes to being unethical.

This lawyer is extremely knowledgable and diligent in the performance of his duties. He recently reaquired parental rights for parents of a child that had been stolen by grandparents who were emotionally abusing the child. They took the child from her parents by making false claims and would not allow the parents to see or even speak to the child for years. In the end, they lost the child and they were found to be in contempt of court. Due to the actions of this lawyer, justice prevailed and a child has been saved.

Mr Maggard has been and still is being investigated by the state supreme court for ethical violations. He has very little knowledge of the law and repeatedly files false and misleading motions. He will not be your best bet to win a case were there is a loved one involved due to his limited knowledge of the law with his track record of his inability to be truthful and forthcoming
