Charges an hourly rate. Continuously tried to make small talk to draw out the time. Had to redirected to what she was hired to do often. Didn't have many useful suggestions. Rounds up time she takes, so it feels lile she's nickle and diming you. Interactions with clinets did not show good customer service. Was knowledgeable, but overall would not recommend her.
