The monthly fee that he charges does not equal the amount of work that he does. He is more interested in getting your charge card to charge you monthly fee then communicating with the client. When you get your first bill it will over exceed the amount that you have paid that month. He makes sure that the monthly bill over exceeds your monthly fee. Real smooth talker.
