Horrible transaction. Client ended up firing attorney 2 days before closing because her Realtor was more accessible than the attorney. He attempted to berate the Realtor when his behavior was questioned. Received a clear to close a Day after he was fired. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY.

Mitch is the type of attorney you want on your side at closing. I will definitely be contacting him to sue my contractor and for my next real estate closing. Mitch is not arrogant as the previous poster mentioned, he's a agressive and that's the kind of attorney I want on my side.

Job (attorney for a real estate buyer) completed successfully and on time. However, it was a very unpleasant experience overall. Poor communication throughout, untimely requests, partial responses, very arrogant and demeaning behavior all contributed to my dissatisfaction even after a successful completion. Couldn't wait to get the closing over with. Would not consider hiring again.
