Suzanne De Rath literally stole over $600 from me and NEVER filed the Chapter 7 BK she was paid for.Website says "Call today, file tomorrow." Complete lie! She received full payment from me and held my funds for over 3 months and NEVER filed. Then sent fraudulent paperwork to my financial institution claiming she filed the BK (even Illinois US Courts shows NEVER filed) to stop the payment dispute.Now we are working with an investigator with the ARDC to recoupe the stolen funds for services NEVER rendered. Stay clear of this scammer.There are many other reviews stating she has done the same to them. Horrible company, no integrity and just down right grimey....stealing money from people.
