Mr. Pimentel will take your money and not follow through on doing the work (filing a motion, etc) to represent you. Do not be fooled by his advertising to help with your divorce or bankruptcy for a total of $350 or other low fees. You will spot him at weekend flea markets around Chicago with signs offering legal help for cheap. He works out of his car with a PO Box and does not have a legitimate law office to conduct business.
