I hired Mr. Hanson's Law Firm to represent me on a matter which he said was an easy win case. Contracted them in August to write a letter of demand. Finally after many attempts to reach Mr. Hanson to no avail including non returned phone calls, going to his office and hearing I do not know, finally a letter was written to Mr. Hanson on December 22, 2014 with a demand for my retainer back. I get a letter from Mr. Hanson stating they did what thy where hired to do and I dare I threaten him by complaining about him to the BAR. He claims he did all his was contracted to do, write a letter. As of this day I do not know the outcome of the letter, next steps or any communication. The first attorney he assigned to the case left the firm, and the attorney hired to replace Olga, Tom; has yet to respond since October 2014. Mr. Hanson talks a great game and can be very persuasive, but when it comes to his follow through, and professionalism with clients, I find him to be the worst.
