Our family was in need of some major help, my son was found in possession of 3 stolen motor vehicles. We went with a well known firm we've used in the past. Giacinto came out to meet us at the police station and advise my son of his constitutional rights. He kept in good contact with us through the bond process and convinced the judge on giving my son a low cash bail. Giacinto then showed up at the preliminary hearing, although he was late, walked around the court room like he owned the place. We went ahead and argued with the prosector during the hearing and did not even give her room to speak, being very forward making demands. In the end the judge said that our lawyer proved that there was no probable cause to detain my son, and the case was dropped. Although Giacinto may be young, he knows what he's doing. He made almost a bigger point of him keeping our bond money than he did about the case, if you can get past the attitude he's a very good lawyer.
