Byron is just an incredible lawyer. He was the only person to call us back when our rent to own contract was breached by a dishonest landlord. Not only did Byron work hard to get us every penny back, he was also able to get them to pay our legal fees. They worked quickly when we had very little time to act and we felt they truly cared about us and our situation! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable lawyer who can deliver!

super expensive lawyer and holding the fund for ever without notice . they took almost 6 Month to get RPR and gave me the statement after 7 Month from closing the deal , his fee was big surprise , he charge me close to 5K for closing deal with 378K and hold fund in his trust and found way to keep it , refuse to send me any details about his work or why he charged such superior money . his work quality in question

Beware of this lawyer. Very expensive, hidden costs and charge you every nickel and dime but did not do a single thing to represent you. He even withheld my money without notifying me. He charged me $45/email and one of the email content is just to setup and appointment to meet with him. His admin sent the documents to my "sold" address instead of my new one. It will be a nightmare and cost you an arm and a leg if you use this lawyer.
