Very poor service!! Mr. Tayter agreed to everything the State's Attorney suggested and did not attempt negotiating. Later he tried to tout what a great deal he negotiated for me. When I questioned the time frame suggested by the court, I was assured the court would be understanding and grant an extention. When I contacted Mr. Tayter to submit paperwork for an extention it took over a week to get a response and his excuse was he "wrote it on his agenda but never got around to doing it." Thirteen days later when I still did not hear back from him I had to contact him again and was lied to. When I had to go back to court due to Mr. Tayter not completing my request for an extention in a timely fashion I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to have him respresent me. If you want action and an attorney who will contact you I suggest finding someone else.
