Hired for a child custody case 90% of everything was done prose. He was hired to do the last paperwork and represent us in court. I gave him $2500 upfront. He postponed the court date without our consent or approval. He calls us a month and a half before the rescheduled court date says we used up all our deposit and that if we didnt pay him another $3000 right away he was withdrawing. His billing is utterly ridiculous. Scheduled an appt with him we arrived on time he was upstairs but left us waiting 40 minutes! Try to talk about our case he gets a call spends about 10-15 mins talking to another client. We were charged the whole time we waited we were billed for Matt the 40 minutes John was late, billed the entire time John was downstairs including the time he spoke with his other client via phone in front of us. Watch your calls to and from him he takes an unbelievable amount time giving basic info he is CHARGING you BIG $. He withdrew from our case after doing virtually NOTHING.
