I hired this guy when I picked up a charge. Gave him ten grand retainer and altogether have given him around 20,000 so far. Now he is threatening to drop my case if I cant pay him off by end of month. Keep in mind he also recently hired my ex girlfriend whom he met because she went into his office while we were still going out to retain him for me. He offered her the job months ago but she at first refused because she didnt think it was appropriate but circumstances forced her to accept the better paying job He never once asked me if I minded him asking her to work for him. If you ask me that creates a conflict of interests. And now conveniently after she just accepted the job now he tells me he is gonna withdraw if i dont pay him off. Yet another friend of mine he represents owes him twice what i do and for much longer and he still represnts him
