This lady, Public Defender Melinda Ilene Ryals was representing my brother, John Hites. Ryals did not investigate this case, words stated from Randy Simmons, her investigator. No blood was found on the shoes he was wearing when taken in to custody.(Shoe prints at scene). Blood was on the front porch, walls, floor, furniture, both witness, but no on John Hites the defendant. Victim needs Justice and Lisa Hamlin is who needs to be locked up. Right Ryals? You should have done you Job. You should be fired because of your ignorance. YOUR FIRED!
