The worst experience that I have ever had and that does not express how bad my experience was with Susan Taylor. We had just started the process of my chapter 7. I called her office to ask a few questions since this was the first time that I have ever had to experience. To keep it short she told me I was wasting her time. The conversation didn't go very well. Basically she fired me and will not give a refund, I take that back a generous (300.00 ) what a joke. Susan is not a nice person, scammed me out of my money, I would give her a minus five star if I could. Stay away from this lawyer she could possibly scam you too. P.S. She sent me an email that I was on drugs and alcohol. Craziest experience that I have ever had.

Ms. Susan Taylor and Melissa Luna have by far been the best attorney’s I have dealt with. They are very personable and do not sugar coat about anything. The spoke in detain about my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case and told me the pros and cons about filing. There were some issues on my case that it required that my case be delayed. At first, I was upset and I could not understand why, but I went ahead and agreed to it. When I went to my creditors meeting, I overheard another case, and they nailed a person that almost had the same issue. I am so glad Ms. Taylor postponed my case because I would not know what to do if that had happened to me. I am now DEBT FREE and me and my family are much happier. If you need a GOOD Bankruptcy Lawyer, call their office. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Ms Taylor and Ms. Luna, you are my saviors to myself and my family. After all, I did hire an attorney to assist me to become debt free and save my family.

Susan G. Taylor is an Awesome Attorney!! Her awesome Senior Paralegal (Melissa) is always direct and to the point and knows Chapter 13 very well. She has an awesome legal assistant (MaryAnn) who is always willing to help with a smile!! Susan knows the bankruptcy laws extremely well and is the most experienced in her field of practice. She is very intelligent and provides wise counsel in any situation. She follows the laws and does her best for her clients according to the laws. In my opinion after reading other reviews; prospective clients/clients who want her to circumvent the laws to meet their needs for their own personal gain are the ones who get angry and complain when she refuses to do so. Genuine people who need genuine help can always find it at the Law Offices of Susan G. Taylor. After having my file for six weeks and missing 2 deadlines when it was promised to be filed, Susan Taylor dropped me as a client. Her office was extremely rude and belligerent when I called to find out the status of my case. When I asked to speak with Susan directly to find out why my case was not being filed when promised she sent me an email telling me she would not represent me. She is a total waist of time.
I took my case to another attorney and he had the paperwork done and filed withing 10 days. Do not use Susan Taylor!!

Talked to her staff, they set a phone appointment for over 1 week away. Come the day- no call. Called them, they had no appointment on their calender- said I needed to fill out a form off their website which no one mentioned before. No way I would use her, need a competent honest lawyer. From what I can see that is really hard to find for chapter 13 bankruptcy, apparently they took the money out of it and only the screw ups or crooks are left.
