At first he didn’t want to take the case. He changed his mind and when he did, he did not fight for his client. He had COLD HARD EVIDENCE to prove their innocence and decided that he would work with the judge to give his client 10 yrs probation and banned from the state of Georgia for 2 people fighting!!! Also his client was lured there to the location where the fight happened……AND HE HAD THIS INFO. His client had bruises but the person that his client defended themselves against did not have a scratch on them. No one had to go to the hospital, there were no life threatening injuries. If someone asked me to come over with the assumption that things will be peaceful, only to get choked causing me to have to defend myself I’d be FURIOUS AND BREAK SOMETHING!! When your lawyer has knowledge of this, did nothing in court and did NOT communicate with his client or the clients family,…you know it’s all pretty much a facade!! Duttweiler NEVER had ANY intention on fighting for his client!!!
