Do not use this attorney!!! Spending a fortune trying to fix the mess he created. He is never available, treats you like dirt when you do speak to him (once he has your money of course) and does not care one bit about the success of your bankruptcy case. If you are unfortunate enough to have had him as your bankruptcy attorney then I am sorry because this is now costing me another 5 years because he gave me terrible service from the beginning, did not explain anything about the budget or give good legal advice. I now have to refile but with an attorney who actually knows what he is doing. BEWARE!! Stay away from Michael Vereen for bankruptcy. You will most likely be as sorry as I am that I did not research ahead of time. This mistake is costing me 5 additional years and a lot of money.
