She was supposed to be working on our case. Everything took forever! And then, she had misspelled everyone's name, had the wrong info on 3 different afidavits. It took her so long, that a year later, another party sued and won. By the time that we hired a new attorney, there was nothing left and we were stuck with the bill! DO NOT HIRE! She has too many personal problems and very unprofessional.

I hired Ms. Kessing several months ago to help me with several issues steming from an ex-relationship. My ex was coming after me hard and fast for thousands of dollars and trying to press false charges against me. I was a complete and utter nervous wreck. When Ms. Kessing took on my case, I was amazed at her tenacity, knowledge and compassion to do the right thing in regards to my case. She did a Phenomenal job handling every aspect of my case! She kept me always in the loop and well informed of not only the court processes but as well as excellent legal advice. We had won my case with ease two months ago in Cherokee County GA. She did such a fantastic job, that I will be hiring her a second time to handle an EEOC claim with a previous employer. For the money, the kessing law firm is the best you can get for thenprice!!! Extremely fair and honest! Much respect goes out to Ms. Kessing and the kessing law firm for all their hard work and dedication to the citizens of the communities.

*I hired Kerrie Kessing for my Family Law case I hired Ms. Kessing to not only clean up what a previous attorney did but to handle my case appropriately. That is exactly what she did! What really makes Ms. Kessing special is that she doesn't like other attorney's. In my lengthy experience with her she knows what other attorney's do and how underhanded they can be. She eliminates the drama and trouble other attorney's seek to create. Ms. Kessing's professionalism is superb. She aggressively protects her clients and she keeps her clients aware of every step of the process. She is one of the very few attorney's I have come across that practices law for the right reasons. She is guided by very clean principles, personable and most assuredly one of a kind. She is quick on her feet under pressure, supportive and dedicated. Additionally, she personally responded to my messages, Always! That is a personal touch you don't find anymore.

I retained this attorney to help modify my child support payments per my divorce decree. I had a substantial change in my employment resulting in a drastic change of income. The law states that these payments are able to be adjusted due to this change. The first step to this process is having my former spouse served by the sheriffs office. This attorney claimed to have filed the appropriate papers with the court to have the sheriff serve my former spouse. My former spouse was never served and this attorney claimed not to understand why it was taking so long. To expedite this process I asked her to hire a private individual, who would also need to be approved by the court, to serve my ex-wife. The attorney claimed to have filed the appropriate paperwork to get this person approved so my ex-wife could be served.
