Leslie Gresham as a GAL / Lawyer is a derelict of her duties of advocating for the children of the state of Georgia. Leslie Gresham uses her position coupled with families and children being vunerable to her financial advantage. There are many instances where Leslie Gresham has failed not only in her role but lied on the stand and failed the children of the state of Georgia

Leslie Gresham lied as a representative of children. She said she would interview witnesses who saw harm to the children, but she did not with the exception of one person who she interviewed and that person was not asked about the event they witnessed. When they tried to disucss it, they were ignored. She ignored evidence of abuse of children and more.

She is a liar, bully, and a cheat. Stay as far away from her as possible. She was a Guardian at Lithem in my case and all she did was run up a bill for $ with no concern for my kids.

Mrs. Gresham was appointed to my custody case in 2005/2006. She twisted my words around to fit her assumed perception of myself as a single mother, straight up LIED about my situation to the courts and was proud to state to me that she doesn't have a problem siding with parents who actively smoke pot or single mothers who strip, which often goes hand in hand with prostitution. She did not show up on time for our meeting and only met with me one time during the entire case. Her interview was about an hour long and the entire time she did not take a single note, so I guess she has a spotless memory when it comes to recalling the facts of my case in her dozens of cases she has open on her desk. Unprofessional is the only way I can describe the way she handled my case. My daughter's father even has a poor opinion of her and she was on HIS SIDE! Gresham should be striped of her job title and go work in fast food where her bad attitude and laziness would be APPRECIATED! You ruin lives!

I would not recommend Leslie Gresham for any child custody case, especially for a special needs child custody case. She was hired for my custody case as a guardian ad litem in April 2013 and did not do one thing until June. Then she failed to make a home visit as scheduled. She spoke to me as if we were friends and cursed me using profanity. She has no background, knowledge, or history with special needs children. She is extremely unprofessional, very bias against single mothers, uses profanity, does not complete a full investigation for both parties, will even lie in court with evidence showing the truth, takes forever to respond back, has lack of knowledge in special education and disability. If you want an attorney that will do a thorough investigation and who is actually neutral, that looks at all evidence presented, who is professional, who actually speaks the truth then Leslie Gresham is not the one.
