Please when you are in an accident
Just collect the drivers information and police report and file a claim yourself through thier insurance company.
Although this is a well known company and the customer service are good. Im being hindered of not recieving anything for my settlement because my attorney dispositioned his self from my case. I had a case where i thought i would be simple. I went to my chiropractic appts and they told me i had a major back problem suggested me to get back surgery. I was told to go to get a MRI, and to a specialist for back surgery i went because my attorney suggested it. Then it turned into this long drawn out process. I became pregnant and had a job that was on a point system. They were really strict on me missing days and i advised that to my attorney but he assisted that i do everything to get more money. There was an appt i had that he made with the court that i had to attend mind you i am pregnant and my first trimester was horrible therefore he q
