This attorney came to my SSD court hearing unprepared and unable to answer the Judges quesions; Judge asked her for my walker prescription and looked at us both like a deer in headlights and could not give dates when asked by the judge, ultimately causing an unfavorable decision by the Judge. She then waived her representation after receiving the decision, claiming she has other committments and could no longer represent me; leaving me less than 50 days to appeal. I should have known better when she scheduled an appt a day before the hearing and when I asked her questions she answered I dont know to most of them; it was too late to reschedule & hire a new Attorney. SS claims are not her priority like she says. Retainer clients are, so she can collect thier retainer fees and loose! So, if you hire, plan to loose your case, whatever it may be! So yes, I am a disgruntled ex-client for good reasons!
