Problems with his paralegal who wanted a retainer after stating this would be contingency case with only payment for filing fees. He called personally, seemed eager, and stated we could meet in Atlanta, but paralegal negated what he had stated. Look at online lawsuit against him by a client who said he withheld funds claiming it was a gift to him.
