He spent more time being a therapist than defending me. It was a waste of my money. He thinks because he knows everyone he is impressing you. Not at all. Filled up with his own self-importance.

He is a great lawyer who fights tenaciously for his clients. His defense in the Entwistle case was courageous and admirable because he showed that he cares more about representing his clients than what the media and the public think. Contrary to some people's opinions, there is nothing wrong with a defense attorney who does the best job possible.

30 yrs. as a criminal lawyer and his stats say it all: "Elliot M. Weinstein 0 - Prosecutors 100". Representing Private clients or as a court appointed public defender, Weinstein has never won a case. For 30 yrs. Juries have rejected no-win Weinstein. BEWARE.
