I recently used Mr. Johns for a house closing. When I received the final papers I saw he had paid the termite inspector again. I had already paid this and submitted the receipt to Mr. Johns. My realtor and I tried repeatedly to contact Mr. Johns but he never replied. If he won't address this relatively small manner I can't imagine how he would handle a significant issue.
