Placed stock owned by my mother in a "family trust" so she wouldn't have to pay taxes on dividends received. This resulted in her having to pay back taxes to the IRS in tens of thousands of dollars. Blamed it on my sister, the Trustee. Helped my mother receive my deceased father's pay from the Veteran's Administration. His office altered information reported to the VA. Now the VA wants her to repay all the monies paid her. His fee at the time was $6000. I was advised g'day by Teresa at his office that my mother's file was closed and they could not meet with her for assistance with the VA. I was a legal assistant for 10 years; a client's file can be reopened. He is preying on the elderly; he is a crook and needs to answer to us for his failures to secure my mother's future.
