Top notch. I enlisted Brad Mustard,KC's services and couldn't be happier. He's a keen listener and made the process much easier despite the fact that my spouse was nearly impossible to deal with. I wanted to go through a mediator because I wanted to ensure the best possible outcome for all of us, including our children. It really helped us to heal and move through the process. He always had our best interest in mind. Highly recommended.

I agree with the previous reviews. The same is happening to me. In addition, beware of the iron clad contract Brad Mustard makes you sign. There is no exit clause like other mediators. The mediation is not working and there is no way out. After almost a year of mediation and over $50,000 in lawyer fees, almost nothing has been accomplished. I am trapped. Even my lawyer cannot get me out of the contract. And the lawyer fees will only increase. Be careful when you sign a contract for mediation. Do not let yourself get trapped.

Engaging in a med/arb process with Mustard was a big mistake.
Mustard was unprofessional, constantly shifting between the med and arb phases despite the agreement's terms.
Questioning Mustard was not allowed.
Mustard stated that he would use what was said in med against the person in arb. Completely personally biased against anyone who questions his "authority"
The med phase was biased and prejudiced, preventing open communication for resolution.
Mustard pressured the person into agreeing to their ex's proposal during one of the "med" phases.
The entire experience was a horrific and expensive disaster, leaving emotional scars on all parties involved.
Avoid Mustard at all costs!!!

Brad thrives on the private legal industry by med/arb agreements. He favors lawyers who bring him repeat business. I made a big misjudgment by doing a med/arbi with Brad. Brad was unprofessional & kept flicking back & forth between the med phase & the arb phase. It’s not how his agreement is written but don’t dare question Brad. He told me during the 1st mediation phase that he was going to use what I said in med against me in the arb phase. Doing the med phase biased and prejudiced. The parties cannot have an open talk in mediation to try to resolve. Brad forced me into agreeing to my exes proposal in one of the “med” phases, Brad then said he would be assigning legal costs based as if we had gone through “arb”. Brad billed my credit card sending an invoice or seeking authorization. It was a horrific, expensive disaster that left sever scars on all involved, including my children. You can’t touch Brad, he is the Chair or on the board of most legal orgs. He can do as he likes. RUN.

As a mediator, he was nice but did not stand up to an out of control litigant. He was not willing to call out obvious mistruths. I didn't feel like he genuinely cared at all.
