Brad thrives on the private legal industry by med/arb agreements. He favors lawyers who bring him repeat business. I made a big misjudgment by doing a med/arbi with Brad. Brad was unprofessional & kept flicking back & forth between the med phase & the arb phase. It’s not how his agreement is written but don’t dare question Brad. He told me during the 1st mediation phase that he was going to use what I said in med against me in the arb phase. Doing the med phase biased and prejudiced. The parties cannot have an open talk in mediation to try to resolve. Brad forced me into agreeing to my exes proposal in one of the “med” phases, Brad then said he would be assigning legal costs based as if we had gone through “arb”. Brad billed my credit card sending an invoice or seeking authorization. It was a horrific, expensive disaster that left sever scars on all involved, including my children. You can’t touch Brad, he is the Chair or on the board of most legal orgs. He can do as he likes. RUN.
