Ruined my personal injury case. Totslly dropped the ball and could have cared less. No communication. No follow up. Cost (me the client) money because he negleted to follow up with the rental car companies negligence. He "forgot" that he decided to not pursue the faulty airbags with the car comapny or the renatal agency after holding the vehicle for 6 months at the salvage yard and I "the client" is now being sued for lass of use for the time my lawyer held the vehicle! the list gos on and now after 3.5 years since MVA and DOI I have hired another attorney to get everything done before statute of limitations runs out. Yes, this attorney had my case over 3 years and was beyond negligent. RUN don't walk from this firm. And $450 an hour…and a part time judge. Not impressed! This firm ruined my case and I am left holding the unpaid medical bills. Thanks so much!
