Mr. Finch is a mediator. I was told by others, he favors the women's side. During my divorce, we used him twice. The first time he ruled very fairly. The second time, he didn't, he was definitely on her side. Half way through, he said he knew how he was going to rule and "jokingly" asked the attorneys to be brief. So, you guys need to be prepared for an uphill battle.
