The first couple years of my SSDI case he seemed very good as did his paralegals.Then, the end of 2011-Dec. 2012 something changed.His office was no longer on top of my case.I was given off to another new atty. who at one time yelled at me over the phone because I asked him questions.At the ALJ hearing he was unprepared, telling me to do things (overexaggerate) I really didn't have to do.He did not have proper knowledge of my conditions.His staff, nor himself, gave the prehearing memo to the judge prior to the hearing.He claimed it was faxed that day.The entire hearing was a disaster.I walked out of there knowing I lost.And,I did.I got a copy of the prehearing memo which had errors and demonstrated incompetency.His apathy for my case and me was appalling.I fired him.I am now completely disabled. All doctors have labeled me as such.The Appeals council sided with the ALJ.I won't do federal court as the medical records are so bad that I would lose.I do not recommend him at all.So sad.
