Their office representation is rude and unprofessional if you need anything after they have been paid. They are being poorly represented by their staff and was told today abrubtly, to not contact their office again about my case, they no longer represent me. They have been paid so dont ask for anything else in other words. I have recommended them in the past but no longer.
