My ex took me to court and he was going to take my pension, 401k , and half of the equity to my house. My ex took ZERO, ZAP ZIP, HE did not take anything from me. I have hired Mr. Vale three times for different case. I have recommended him to a friend of mine and he did awesome job.

He should have his license revoked. Paid for his services & received none in return. Reporting him to the bar as of now.

Used Mr. Vale in a divorce matter and I have to say I was very satisfied. He got me everything I wanted:). I will be honest he was a little bad a returning calls however, I can say that at least I was not charged for every phone call I made to him unlike my last attorney who not only charged me for each call but also charged for the amount of time I spent on that call. Mr. Vale was great very personable and honest, his office staff was always very welcoming almost making you feel like you were part of their team. His receptionist always remembered me by first glance, she knew exactly who I was and seemed very familiar with my case this was very reassuring to me. I would highly recommed Mr. Vale

AWFUL!! This attorney can't handle the work he has, His assistant Debbie is rude, Katina is the only one out of his staff that is polite. Don't waste your money or time on this attorney. You'll be waiting a loooooooong time for results.

Waste of time and money. He is clueless and incompetent. Never files enforcements when I flew out for a year every month for him to do so. Never returned calls, or messages or emails. After 2 years, and me complaining, he set a date to throw out mediation agreement because my ex violated the temporary orders as well as the mediated agreement immediatly. Mind you, he said when I could get a hold of him, the next court date he would be filing enforcements. (WE WENT TO COURT AT LEAST 8 TIMES) So after driving 2000 miles for this, it wasn't thrown out. We walk out of the court room and he hands me incomplete finalized divorce papers and states it will cost me another 1000.00 to file enforcements. But his emails ALL state he is filing enforcements all through the 2 years I dealt with him. Don't waste your time or money. I've accepted me losing everything due to me not doing my research on this guy. The business, the house, the cars, all gone with no alimony or payout. Do your research!

He does not respond to phone calls, e-mails, or faxes. It has been nearly two years and we are no where closer to the end. He insisted on a social study that I or my Ex could not afford, I told him and he still waited a year to do anything else. When we finally made it to court he walked right past me and started talking to another person. Mr. Vale did not recognize me and had to talk to the opposing attorney to figure out who I was. I am sure with his help, my ex-wife will get full custody of my kids. During our first appearance, he told me not to make too much money so I would not have to pay too much child support! I am sure there are other lawyers who can ignore you for cheaper.

do not risk your case or money! he never returns calls or e-mails and does not do anything you hire him for! trust me over a year later and after hiring another attorney his mistakes are negatively affecting my custdy case!

Used Mr. Vale for filing for bankruptcy. Paralegals and receptionist were very knowledgable and helpful, and Mr. Vale gave a good consultation and was a great attorney to have with me when I went to court. I would recommend him AND his staff.

Avoid this attorney, his rates are outrageous, has no communication skills with his clients will not respond back to questions or emails. Did not get my money's worth nor did fullfill his promises. A year later after assuming my divorce was final my ex calls and wishes me a Happy Anniversary and my papers have not even been filed with the courts to my surprise. Avoid at all costs. Go file at the court house for $250. instead of speading your money it cost me $2500. and he collaborated with my ex. and I was his client.
