If you care at all about the outcome of your case I would strongly advise against retaining this particular attorney/firm. It was the most horrendous display of customer service in my life. No returned calls,moron assistant that exists solely to lie to you over the phone and no communication whatsoever...and I have a strong open and shut case ! I had to find this out from a different attorney that this is apparently commonplace with them.... I can only imagine how they would ruin a more challenging case......if you make this call they WILL drop the ball. Their office is very shabby and ghetto also...I should have followed my initial impression and went with Gruber.
