I consider Ms. Jannarone and her staff to be extremely talented and easy to work with. As a realtor she continues to top my recommendation list. Her practice offers great knowledge, professionalism, and excellent communication. Questions are always answered clearly, insight-fully and quickly. My client's have liked working with her very much and in many cases, she becomes their attorney for life! Highly recommended!

Awful, her paralegals/ secretaries are incompetent and you will be charged for everything and anything. If she could charge you to breathe Cathrine would. Be prepared to manage your own case, her staff and accounting. Thankfully lawyers are a dime a dozen. DO NOT USE HER!!

I just had my third house closing with Mrs. Jannarone. The first one I was the buyer, the second one I was the seller, and this one I was again the buyer. There was a problem with one of the windows in the house I was buying and at closing, the seller promise to fix it. Mrs, Jannarone required terms (either it was fixed within 60 days or the seller had to forfeit $200 held back). I was not sure this was necessary but after 60 days came and went, I was grateful to have the money to buy the window myself. I appreciated that Mrs. Jannarone thought of this. My closing amount was exactly as her office had said, no surprises. They made it a pleasant process for me and I greatly appreciatesd that. I had shopped around and her price was on the lower end as well.

Ms Jannarone has done many closing a for us, always a true professional, with a great paralegal staff. She takes the time to explain everything in a way we can readily understand, and we have referred friends and family to her for real estate and wills, without hesitation.

Cathy is very knowledgeable about the law and is a wonderful advocate for her clients. I can highly recommend her for a collaborative or litigation family law matter. She is the best.

Ms Jannarone represented me in a divorce - she was into family practice at the time and she represented me very well. She litigated good things for me but Attorneys and the Courts annot substitute for the parties and make them act responsiblity. Thanks Ms Jannarone.

We used this attorney for our RE closing - my wife and I never saw her; everything was done by her staff. We never rec'd a call-back from her (even though we requested to speak to her personally numerous times - all communication is done through her paralegal &/or secretary) She was on vacation during our closing (of course we were never told until 2 days before the closing). It was a horrible, messy closing when it shouldn't have been. Never again.
