Hired this attorney around 1997 (yes that is correct 1997) for a auto accident my wife and I were involved in. After months, finally had a mediation and signed settlement papers. Months and months go by and then years only to be told that the money was tied up in bankruptcy court. O.K well you wouldn't assume your attorney would lie to YOU but that's all they did,never was in the office when we called,took days to return calls and sometimes never did. And in the end learned that the main attorney that had been telling us lie after lie was in fact just a paralegal not a attorney. After contacting the Florida bar, they finally responded only to use a internal issue they famously had in there firm that that was the main reason "they didn't see properly to the case". And the money was no longer there,was told by the paralegal for years that we would receive the whole settlement and they would waive all there fee's for the ridiculous long wait,excuse after excuse. HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DIME
