Took phone calls the entire time we had our hearing for temp order where the judge didn’t take us seriously - she forgot to mention the most important thing she said she would mention regarding the order, then forgot.. so we had to readdress to the judge again what she had forgot. now I have been stuck with this custody arrangement for over 2 years. I am not blaming her for the results; however , and her lack of performance did not help the situation.
