I believe Mr. Neumaier may have at one time had a good reputation, but that time has long since passed. My experience was that he wasn't responsive, wasn't straightforward with his advice, dragged my case out, made numerous and serious mistakes and was more interested in maintaining his friendship with opposing counsel than working on my behalf. Unfortunately, he is in family law so these shortcomings hurt not only me, but my children.
