I had a very pleasant experience as a first-time home buyer. In the beginning, I was very nervous about finding a knowledgeable and trustworthy lawyer that would walk me through the entire process. Issack made it a very comfortable experience, being detailed and quick to respond. He always seemed to be on top of things as I got emails/calls from him nearly everyday regarding mortgage or property issues, which were due to my situation. I really respect the fact that he took my time into consideration and tried to make it as convenient as possible for me. That included laying out the steps and making sure to tell me everything I needed to do before coming to sign paperwork.

Mr. Derchansky recently helped me close a complex refinancing. The deal closed in less than a week and money was deposited into my account during business hours so I didn't have to take time off work. Thank you for your great assistance!
