We are so very disappointed and disgusted with our experience with the legal system. Back in August, 2020 we had gone to a supposedly reputable attorney seeking help in a fraudulent home sale, and we were immediately passed off to another supposedly reputable attorney. We were vulnerable and naive to think this would be in our best interest. We never thought we would have a bigger problem with our own attorney than we would with the criminal we were trying to sue! Now a year and a half later, not only have we lost the money we spent repairing our home due to a fraudulent sale, but we lost the money to legally pursue litigation against the seller. Apparently honesty, integrity, promises, ethics, and morals have no place in the legal profession. This kind of behavior can only result in bad client reviews, and complaints to the Florida Bar Association. I wouldn't be surprised if there is another response filled with the same broken promises and excuses!
And then we wonder why today?
