Used them years ago, with no problem.Obviously a lot has changed since then. R/E lawyers in Calgary are very busy nowadays,but there is no excuse for the poor manner in which our recent purchase was handled. Communication was poor at best,details escaped them completely most of the time. Although we have 40 yrs of combined R/E experience, when we pointed out errors in the paperwork, he and his crass assistant argued and talked over us. We overheard them 'starting' the file while we sat in the waiting area the day of our appt, they were completely rushed & unprepared.So, a week later we had to sign again,with errors corrected. They didn't ask for the correct ID, so that had to be re-done. Closing didn't happen on time(luckily we weren't 'waiting to get keys'; this would be devastating to most buyers. It took a complaint to the Law Society to get final reports, even though we had paid in full. Law society told us they lied on their reply letter, they have made note in case others compla

I have used this lawyer numerous times for different areas of the law dating back to 1990 probably.He is absolutely magnificent, has extremely good rates, always returns phone call, outstanding knowledge, and doesn't bs about anything, he tells you like it is, and he gets on it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
