Mr. Robert M. Trinkler has an extensive knowledge of Guardianship law and is an expert and master in litigation. He is very sincere in his desire to help those who need help. After a family member was successful in getting a Court Order issued which removed all legal rights from my 89-year old mother, I was desperate to find an attorney who could help me get the ruling reversed. Mr. Trinkler was hired and he masterfully presented his argument at a new Hearing before the Honorable Judge who then ordered full restoration of mom's rights. His demeanor was the perfect blend of authority and calmness and his ingenious knowledge of the law was impressive. When reciting the law supporting our claim for mom's right to be restored, his presentation was flawless. Without Mr. Trinkler's help and expertise in Guardianship law, we would not have been successful in getting a new Order of Restoration for mom. I will always be grateful to him and he will NOT disappoint you. He's great!

My Aunt suffered Elder Abuse / exploitation. In a world where our court systems are inundated with similar cases, it’s difficult for these Judges to keep up with the demand therefore these things can easily slip through the cracks. After 6 months of getting know where in the State of CA, only to be dismissed because of jurisdictional reasons, Mr. Trinkler managed to run with this in the State of FL. He convinced the Judge for adversarial proceedings where it was uncovered that my Aunt suffered medical and financial abuse. I am pleased to announce that we settled and now my Aunt is safe from harm’s way. I highly recommend hiring Robert Trinkler and Daniel McDermott men of great character, strength, tenacity..these men will get the job done as quickly as possible!
