I highly recommend Gena to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring attorney. Divorce was difficult, but her understanding and excellent representation helped me through this unpleasant time in my life. Gena was always realistic with me and supportive through every trying situation. I thank Gena and her team for the great job they did and continue to do.

I hired her 10 years ago. She was useless. I did all the work myself because of her unability to perform. Her personal life interfered with her schedule. She didn't research her information, which was costly for me. I had to get her to rewrite my divorce decree so I could free my money.

I was going through a horrible divorce. It was an awful experience but knowing you have a strong, fierce attorney standing up for you made it all that more bearable. She was understand and truly listen to my concerns. I'm so thankful for having Gena Toner represent me and my girls!

This lady lies to her clients and is behind in paper work to the courts. Doesn't provide the correct court documents on a timely basis. Nothing but lies.

I wish I read the reviews before I paid thousands. Dealing with her has been a nightmare. She charge up my account without even telling me! I put down 5,000$ and now she says I owe 5$ more and then 9,000$ to actually go to court! I can't afford that! Now I've wasted all my funds! It took 6 weeks for her to return a phone call!

Re: Family Law/Divorce Inept,disorganized, places clients at the bottom of her priority list. Overcharges, does not promptly inform clients of case standing. Does not return phone calls, constant staff turnover. Provides no statements on a regular basis detailing billable hours or status of escrow account. Do NOT recommend hiring this attorney.
