I'm agreement of the same complaint, my godson has the same issue Atty Daniel Marshall pretty much just took his money without render any kind of service & refuse to return any of his calls.

My son paid this atty $1200.00 in feb to handle a child support issue and as of 5/8/2013 no attempt has been made to rduce the amount and will not return his calls. My sons wages have now been garnished when he was already paying more than the max for salary. thi has put my son in this matter will go to court if we have to borrow the money to seek actions against this attorney. this has been going on too long and now and needs to be rectified.
